
Malawi Energy Authority (MERA) chief executive Henry Kachaje has announced a price adjustment of petrol and Liquiefied petroleum gas in the country.
Beside that currently Malawi is facing with scarcity of fuel, the ministry have assured Malawians that they are trying their best to make sure that there is enough fuel in the country.
For couple of weeks now many places that people relay to add fuel in their tanks have been turning back due to in adquate fuel.
One of the concerned citizen John Banda has expressed his worries saying that his car require much fuel and with the price he can’t afford.
“This has become a challenge for me to drive my car from home to work just because there is no fuel and my car require much fuel” Said Jacob Banda.
Beside that there is no enough fuel in the country most of people who owns cars said it had been a challenge for them to access fuel and have asked the government to reduce the price of fuel.
