Malawians have tears over ESCOM

Joy comes in the morning but this is not like that as Malawians are struggling with the problem of electricity every morning when they wake up.

Life has now become to hard  for Malawians to live especially those that they relay on electricity in older for them to bring food on the table as they are facing with the problem of load shading.

Speaking during an interview, James banda who is James Welding shop has said that life is tough for him to bring food on the table hence he relay on electricity in older for him to feed his family.

“Life is now very hard for me to feed my family and i am struggling to make money beside that the country is facing with the problem of black out, I do relay on electricity to make money” Ephasized Banda.

Malawians are still having Questions without answers in their mind on how will they sort out this problem of blackout and some even have fear that they are going to loose businesses and some even loose their customers.

Malawi Faces outbreak of Cholera.

The Ministry of health have confirmed a cholera outbreak.

The cholera this time around has come with new signs among the people like abnominal crumps, fever, watery diarrhea and vomiting in Tukombo area.

In the statement that charles Mwansambo who is the health secretary in the district have indicated that currently there is 213 cases and from the samples that they corrected it has shown that its cholera.

According to Mwansambo, out of registered cases, 26 are still being treated, 179 have recovered after they have received treatment and 8 have died.

The development is coming at time healthy authorities are still struggling to defeat the outbreak which has been there in the district since march.

Mwansambo has further assured Malawians that they are putting preventing measures and they have managed to raise a treatment tent at Tukombo.

Malawi has register High suicide cases this month.

Three people have committed suicide in different incidents in Lilongwe for reasons that remain shocked to people.

The deceased have been identified as a form two student at Mchitanjiru Community Day Secondary School, Chikumbutso mwakanema, 23 of Gologotha Traditional Authority Tsabango, Lilongwe and and Anord kamwamba, 30, who hails from Tambala village in the area of Traditional Authority Kaphuka, Dedza District.

The two who committed the suicide yesterday have had their bodies found tied from the roof of bedroom and a kitchen respectively by their relatives.

Speaking during an interview with chimwemwe makandiwa who is the doctor at Kamuzu Central Hospital. Has said that this year the hospital have registered 9 cases of suicide. Which is high compared to past months.

“This has now become a challenge since it shows that when people meet with problems the best way the see as solution its by taking their solution” said Makandiwa.

He further advised people that when they have faced challenges they should consult people whom they see that they can help them to sort out their problem.

The promise has turned into tears.

Life has now become too hard for Malawians to live beside that the Government of Tonse Alliance through the Leadership of Dr. Lazarus Chakwera promised them a better life.

During 2020 elections campain the Government of Tonse promised Malawians that they will live a better life and they will be eating three times a day. Bit this has now became a budder to Malawians as they are struggling to access food for them to feed their empty stomach.

Malawians think that they voted the Tonse Alliance Government for them to live a hard life. For example almost each and every commodity has been increased double of each original price, which had made the life to become too hard for them to live.

One of the business operators George Banda said that he is not not making enough money from the shop that he owns.

He further said that life now has become worse than before and tough to live. He further added that beside that there were promised to eat three times a day but its hard for him to assess food.

“now its very hard for me to feed my family hence the price is too high, a good example is a bag of maize flour which we relay as our main food and I can’t manage to afford it”, Banda said.Even the business has become too hard for us to operate and we are find it hard to operate.

Beside that life is tough to live due to hight cost of living the president has assured Malawians that things will be oky and they should not loose hope.

The fuel has been reduced

Malawi Energy Authority (MERA) chief executive Henry Kachaje has announced a price adjustment of petrol and Liquiefied petroleum gas in the country.

Beside that currently Malawi is facing with scarcity of fuel, the ministry have assured Malawians that they are trying their best to make sure that there is enough fuel in the country.

For couple of weeks now many places that people relay to add fuel in their tanks have been turning back due to in adquate fuel.

One of the concerned citizen John Banda has expressed his worries saying that his car require much fuel and with the price he can’t afford.

“This has become a challenge for me to drive my car from home to work just because there is no fuel and my car require much fuel” Said Jacob Banda.

Beside that there is no enough fuel in the country most of people who owns cars said it had been a challenge for them to access fuel and have asked the government to reduce the price of fuel.
